Elsewhere at SI. com, Ben Reiter's lowdown of this winter months 's top 50 free agents includes the members who will grab many of the headlines this offseason, but even in this reasonably thin class, far even more are looking for work. Unless you're equipping a team that does not mind losing 100 games, you won't find too many cleanup hitters or third starters outside those 50, but as duty members in a platoon, off the bench or from the bullpen, others could do even more than simply complete a lineup. What follows right here are 10 even more free agents worth thinking about. Many are deep into their 30s, taking them from the realm of long-lasting offers ; it would be a surprise if any received even more than two years on their next contracts.
